Lee, a nationally published garden writer and lecturer since the early 1970s. Rand served as Perennials Manager for Payne's North on Camino Alire from 2003-2007. Since that time he has worked as Marketing Associate in the main office at the South Store on St. Michael's Rand specializes in writing and speaking about cottage garden history and design, old-fashioned flowers, herbs, organic gardening, heirloom and heritage vegetables, and container gardening.
