• Member of the New Mexico Xeriscape Council since 1994

Payne’s Landscape Design Options

Option 1: Consultation
Penny will come to your home and for approximately one hour will walk the yard and discuss your concerns. You will receive:

• Help in identifying plants
• A quick pencil sketch of small areas
• Recommendations for plants and other improvements.
• Planting and maintenance instructions
• Recommendations of reliable contractors and suppliers to install areas of the landscape
• A Preferred Customer Discount Card entitling you to a 15% discount on non-sale purchases for three months at Payne’s Nurseries.
• Cost for this service is $100

Option 2: Landscape Plan

• Two in-home consultations
• Four sets of blueprints of the property including:
• An itemized list of all recommended plants including numbers, sizes and water ratings, and approximate pricing
• Planting and maintenance instructions
• Square footage amounts of soil amendments, mulches and gravel
• A Preferred Customer Discount Card entitling you to a 15% discount on non-sale purchases for one year at Payne’s Nurseries
• Recommendations of reliable contractors to install areas of the landscape.

Costs for the above services depend on the size of the property.
