First introduced in 1946 to honor the end of World War II, 'Peace' remains the most widely planted Hybrid Tea rose in the world.  Each tall, exceptionally hardy bush clothes itself in leathery, glossy, very dark foliage against which the glowing, gold to primrose, summerlong blossoms — each edged in rose-pink — stand out wonderfully. While rather short-stemmed, and only slightly fragrant, 'Peace''s exquisite coloring makes each blossom a serenity meditation.
