Rose Facts: 'Tahitian Sunset' |

Expert Advice
Blooming in all the colors of a South Seas island sunset, 'Tahitian Sunset' is an exotically perfumed Grandiflora famous since its American introduction in 2006 for its disease resistance and vigor. And no wonder — in 2005, the prestigious Barcelona International Rose Trial awarded this special rose the coveted title of "Best Hybrid Tea or Grandiflora."
Each large, 5-foot tall bush is clothed with semiglossy, dark green leaves. All season 'Tahitian Sunset' puts out pointed, oval, peach-colored buds that open to huge 5-inch-wide blossoms in a glowing blend of peach, apricot, and yellow-pink. Each bloom is held on a 14 to 16-inch cutting stem, and breathes a delicious sweet anisette perfume.
