Expert Advice

fragrant_wave Introduced to American gardeners in 2005, 'Fragrant Wave' Floribunda rose is a nostalgiac return to sweetly scented veranda summers. Each compact, upright, well-branched, 3.5-foot tall bush is loaded with cascades of 3.5-inch wide informal double white blossoms that open to reveal what Jackson & Perkins calls "perky, lemon-yellow stamens." Their fragrance is soft and spicy, a sweet delight without being overwhelming. And the 12 to 14-inch cutting stems means clusters of fragrant flowers for your vase.
