Cat Nip

Cat Nip

Nepeta cataria

Grown as a culinary herb in France and parts of Europe, in the U.S. the single most popular use of this plant is to delight the CAT. Catnip causes the most aloof felines to roll, pounce and preen. It is believed to repel rats, possibly because it attracts cats.
